I love my course and would love to finish it despite working as a casual and being mother to two teenagers and wife with all the housework obligations.

About 25 years ago, when I was 16 years old, I started my career as a receptionist and admin assistant in the office. After several years I became a manager and then soon after a state manager in Slovenia and Croatia and I was very successful in my role, making my sales people achieve the best hit rate globally by coaching and motivating them.

In 2013 I moved from Europe to Australia. After moving to Australia the first job I got upon my arrival was sales assistant in My Chemist Warehouse at My Beauty Spot and after five years I am still with the company.

Due to my eight years of experience in management, at the age of 35 I was able to enrol in an MBA program with CQU. I love my course and would love to finish it despite working as a casual and being mother to two teenagers and wife with all the housework obligations.

I would love to finish my postgraduate study and become a CEO in order to be able to introduce innovative and creative changes in management approaches with high regard for human assets, employee wellbeing, organisational flexibility and reaching higher levels of quality of life for all stakeholders, focusing more on quality of life than on constantly overcoming and increasing sales targets or stress levels in employees. I want to bring out more creativity and innovation by creating an atmosphere full of freedom, self-motivation and respect.

Either that or even more with my qualification I would love to establish and lead an Alcohol and Other Drugs Rehabilitation Centre and help people with addiction and broader communities achieve and live better, healthier and safer lives.
