Overview

  • US Retail Program, for project-based employment.
  • Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account-specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat).

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • High school graduate but should have at least 6 months call center experience
  • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
