To ensure the quality and suitability of talents, Agripacific uses a series of comprehensive testing tools. Part of this is the administration of the Psychological and Mental Ability Tests, which will identify your skills and preferences. The application form and exam link will be emailed to the candidate.
The initial interview will be conducted with a member of our Recruitment Team. Here, you are given the chance to showcase your accomplishments and further prove your suitability to be part of the organization.
Shortlisted applicants will be scheduled for an interview through zoom, skype or over the phone, with the hiring manager. The hiring manager's feedbacks should be documented through email.
