Your role

The Platform Management Associate will ensure the following:

• Timely delivery of all assigned channel-related projects and deliverables.
• Proper coordination with different Unibank units for the handling of customer complaints and the completion of projects and initiatives.
• Ensure timely gathering of data and preparation of status updates and performance reports.
• Ensure efficient safekeeping and organizing of files, forms, and other related documents.
• Assist in effectively monitoring channel uptime or availability.
