About BPI

Your responsibilities

• Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development and coordination for new and emerging products
• Manages projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within budget
• Supports proponent unit’s abandonment of business activities that fail expectations or fall below the approved performance metrics

Training & development

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.

Compensation & benefits

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related course
• Good knowledge of project life cycles
• Good product and systems knowledge
• Good track record in the execution of projects involving ambiguity and a broad range of inputs
• Good knowledge of various treasury products and services
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
