Your responsibilities

• Assist with process documentation, project management, and program coordination, on matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee development, etc.
• Understand the company HR policies and provide support and answers to employees' queries.
• Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.
• Improve employee experience by organizing and promoting culture and wellbeing-related activities.
• Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices. - Other duties as assigned.

About you

Minimum qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master's in Human Resources, Marketing, and Mass Communication.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities to accomplish duties and tasks assigned.
• Good written and oral communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
