Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation:
Participate in negotiation of 3rd party contractors (Janitorial, Security, Communication, Fleet card)
Manages, control petty cash disbursements related to vehicle maintenance, transportation, and admin related expenses.
Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation.
To ensure that facility and equipment and wok environment are properly maintained for quality performance, safety and security to all.
