Responsible for the administration of the company payroll, compensation and benefits matters, HR information systems and dedicated projects which support the company's competitive objectives to be the employer of choice.
Coordinate and liaises with relevant government agencies in compliance to the mandatory employee benefits. Ensure tax and other national payments are deducted correctly and monitor on-time payments of contributions and submission of government reports (i.e. ITR, Alphalist, etc).
Ensures the maintenance of the company's compensation and benefit objectives are in line with the overall human resources strategy, satisfy the needs of the employees and meet local government and legal rules.
Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
Apply effective communication strategies.
Keep abreast with the new trend and best practice in the field.
Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
Increase department functional efficiency through continual process improvement methods.
