- Ensures all government-mandated taxes are deducted and reported correctly.
- Coordinates and liaises with relevant government agencies in compliance with the mandatory employee benefits.
- Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conducts employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
