The qualified candidate will be able to work in New York full-time during the summer months and part-time through the academic school year beginning in June 2024. The Global Supply Chain Finance group offers a great challenge and a tremendous opportunity for personal as well as professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with plant controllers worldwide to consolidate plant production results monthly while performing the analytics to assess the volumes, material and conversion cost variances and spend
  • Prepare Plant Production executive overview monthly for Chief Procurement Officer and World Wide Director of Global Supply Chain
  • Prepare monthly logistics P&L (freight and warehousing costs world-wide)
  • Participate in a special project to enhance the Plant Production Reporting process to engineer governance and drive accuracy of key time sensitive deliverables
  • Work on an Action Learning Project (ALP) to be assigned at the beginning of the internship and present results at the end of the internship

About you

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Google Suite,Excel).
  • High level of accuracy for entering data and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Planning and organization skills with ability the to prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to work about 15-20 hours per week during the academic school year.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of basic Accounting principles.
