Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and other IT-related courses. Preferably with knowledge in Telco Process and Networks.
  • Must have at least 3 years of Telecommunications/ Information Technology industry experience, including at least 2 years in telco Service Improvement
  • Process and Project Management.
  • A clear understanding of ITIL best practices and Project Management, ITIL, and PMP certification(s) is preferred but not required.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of service management principles (Incident Management) and Service Improvement Plan.
  • Telco knowledge and Organizational skill is a plus.
  • Additional relevant Certifications are a plus
  • Very Good presentation skills in the formal creation of incident reports and root cause analysis
  • Familiar with a governance function within an internal support Group
  • Familiar with creating and maintaining a Service Catalogue
  • High-level understanding and knowledge of Telecom Incident management, and Problem Management
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications and Networking
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Descriptions:

Project Management

  • Maintains regular interaction with our internal support to determine their needs and to develop plans for service improvement plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate and becomes Program Manager for the SIP implementation.
  • Deliver a good oral and effective written report, well versed in every correspondence, and express the ideas into actions effectively.

Good Client and Personnel Interaction

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Coordinating with the concerned Team for proper turnover/cascade of projects.

People Management

  • Responsible for coordinating, and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the fast planning, and implementation of the Service Improvement Plan.
