QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any 4 years course
  • With 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial capacity with combined experience in sales, business center or store and people management
  • Good in business presentation and communication skills
  • Willing to do field work
  • With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT, AT)
  • Preferably local resident of San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas

JOB DESCRIPTION

Revenue and ebitda achievement

  • 100% achievement of sales acquisition, up sell/ cross-sell and revenue targets, in general, within the area
  • Executes strategies to increase business center sales
  • Implements sales plan for up sell and other activities that will increase APRU
  • Ensures the overall profitability of the store

Customer delight

  • Handles escalation from the staff level. Deals with clients who need to voice out their inquiries and/or complaints (technical or non-technical) to higher authority
  • Implements program to achieve CSAT targets

Operations management

  • Executes strategies to ensure business center metrics are achieved (grow sales, first contact resolution, TAT for processing all aftersales request received and manage complaints, collection handling, CSAT)
  • Ensures the safety of the branch's collection
  • Together with quality team, analyzes business center statistics and use the data to improve business center operations
  • Comply with all necessary reports needed by other departments

People development

  • Mentors and coaches' people
  • Together with training team, identify training opportunities to ensure competence and continuous learning for team members
  • Conducts regular meetings
  • Performs job evaluation review and feedback mechanism
