Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, General Management, or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years of experience in HR practices and principles related to business partnering and change management activities supporting a diverse group of employees with experience in coaching, counseling, employee relations and change impact analysis
  • With general knowledge, understanding, and experience in total HR Management and Operations from Talent Acquisition to Severance
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
  • With good documentation skills
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • With exceptional interpersonal skills

Job description

Change management

  • Assist in the stakeholder identification and management
  • Participate in data collection and analysis and presentation efforts where appropriate
  • Provide initial recommendation on possible intervention

General HR

  • Assist in monitoring status of hiring requests, from the time a request is approved up to the onboarding of the hired candidate
  • Assist in monitoring status of employee movements and application of necessary processes related to such (i.e endorsement of change request, distribution and collection of signed documents for records upkeep, among others)
  • Assist or conduct learning sessions related to HR policies and programs when necessary
  • Recommend process improvements related to the HR activities in the business for a quality employee experience
  • Participate in discussions that will reinforce understanding of HR policies and programs
