Qualifications:

  • Able to contribute to the design for deliverables.
  • Has ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products.

  • At least 1 micro-certification
  • 1 full project cycles OR 6 month support engagement
  • DevOps Foundation (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Automation test framework

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in cross-functional teams.
  • Provide process and technical consulting service to clients
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training
  • Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
  • Building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.
  • Work with the Development Team in the development of new functionality
  • Contributes to the creation and content of appropriate work products
  • Mentoring and training more junior members of the team
