Through our website and social channels, we provide the Filipino youth with access to educational opportunities and materials that help them at each stage of their career journey, from assessment to investigation, to preparation, and to commitment. We cover the whole spectrum of inspiring, upskilling, and employing the Filipino youth. Ultimately, our website is used to gain access to courses, schools, scholarships, online education, and other resources and opportunities that enable users to find and take the paths best suited to their own interests, skills and priorities.

We work with hundreds of partners - schools, corporations and foundations - to connect industry partners with our youth community in their journey from learning to career.

In pursuit of this mission, we are always on the lookout for purpose-driven, agile, and service-oriented individuals, who have the talent to generate edtech solutions, the grit to work in a start-up culture, and the heart to invest in the future of our Filipino youth.

Recruitment Process

  1. Application - Please include your most updated CV & Portfolio (for creative and UI/UX roles)
  2. HR Interview - this will take place via google meet or Viber. Please ensure to add the best contact number and preferably a number that is accessible via Viber or WhatsApp. The recruitment team will message via SMS to schedule a call and it will take about 20 mins. At this stage, you'll get to meet the recruiter of Edukasyon.ph.
  3. Application Requirements - After HR Interview, if you pass the screening the recruiter will be sending an application requirement challenge that includes a video, essay, case study, etc. The deadline for this would be 2 days after the email was sent.
  4. Hiring Manager Interview - Upon assessing the application requirements the UI/UX roles) the candidate will be scheduled with the hiring manager. This will be scheduled via GMeet and the recruiter will send a calendar invite. Duration : 30mins - 1hour
  5. Management Committee Interview - Once the candidate passes the Hiring Manager interview, it will be scheduled with the CEO/Department Heads for an interview via GMeet/Google Hangouts. Duration : 30 mins - 1hour
  6. Final Interview - Final stage will be scheduled with our Founder. Duration : 30 mins - 1hr
