2022 Client Success Manager (Start ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Implementation

• ​Works with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Manages the deployment of our product to our clients, inclusive of configuration, training of users, handling complaints, data migration and data entry
• Develops and maintains standard project management deliverables such as project plan, product backlog, issues and action items log, meeting minutes etc.
• Manages communication and deployment for projects from start to end.
• Develop and maintain standard project management deliverables such as project plan, product backlog, issues and action items log, meeting minutes etc. ​

Business Analysis and Customer Support

• Supports the software development team in defining and testing features.
• Manages after-sales customer support after deployment
• Develops and delivers world-class support experience

This is currently a work-from-home position. However, as things ease back to normal, it will become a hybrid position with mostly remote work but with occasional meetings held in our main office in Alabang.
