Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues about the software, hardware and related areas
  • Monitor system availability
  • Monitor the security and efficiency of various systems
  • Install and configure software, hardware and network
  • Handle and manage Edusuite application deployments
  • Handle server maintenance and operations

This is currently a work-from-home position. However, as things ease back to normal, it will become a hybrid position with mostly remote work but with occasional meetings held in our main office in Alabang.
