2021 Real Estate Agent (Start ASAP)

• Undertake the sale of Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. projects and developments
• Promotes properties through advertisements, open houses and participates in different sales activities
• Source for possible clients and mainly responsible for managing clients with the utmost standard of services.
• Proactively identifies potential concerns and follows-up to resolve issues regarding client concerns
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, documentation requirements and related matters.
• Complies strictly with his/her sales quota

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Graduate of any 4 yrs course, with at least 72 units in college
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel, a team-player
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, results-driven
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task effectively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
