After which, our Talent Acquisition Team will get in touch with the applicant and schedule the interview. The applicant will be having 2 - 3 rounds of Online Interviews (mostly through Zoom), depending on the position they are applying for. The Initial Interview will be conducted by the Talent Acquisition Associate then will be endorsed for Operations Interview with the Manager or the Division Head and then finally a Panel Interview with the Sales Channel Head & the Talent Acquisition Head. The whole process may take about 3 to 5 days, depending on the availability of the interviewers.
