- Processes client transactions, and requirements
- Takes charge of promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
- Fosters professional networks
- Establishes good relationship with clients
- Has rapport with clients, and colleagues
- Meets sales quota required within 6 months
- Knowledgeable with different digital platforms for online marketing
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Capable of networking, and maintaining good client relationships
- Must have confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude
- Must be an enthusiastic, resourceful, goal-oriented, and high degree of self-motivation
- Preferred with Real Estate Salesperson/Broker's License
- Willing to work in Metro Manila
