Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Monitors and manages the revenue performance of all content verticals by:
- Reviewing performance analysis reports (actual vs. forecasted revenue targets) and responding to them by forming necessary action plans
- Monitors and manages the execution of projects and programs.
- Presents Performance Analysis Reports during management reporting sessions
2) Monitors and manages the execution of projects and programs.
- Provides solutions and recommendations as necessary to concerned support groups (e.g. brands, content providers)
- Escalates issues and recommends solutions to address issues to other groups as necessary
3) Monitors the implementation of people programs and QBR, townhall, cont educ, consummit, APOS, MWC
4) Forges deep partnerships with potential partners
5) Initiates process and system improvement initiatives for his vertical by coming up with analyses and solutions to issues and discussing them with content providers and internal support groups
6) Develops own PPE based on Content KPIs
7) Escalates to the Category Head critical, high-risk, high-impact, or sensitive issues
8) Maintains good relationship with existing partners and external
9) Maintains a hands on approach on with existing projects.
10) Leads business planning and budget
