Plan for sales blitzes, secure approval, manage ingress/egress (where required), pre-work (permits, etc.), recommend and execute sales programs (AUR / DTS / sales activities)
Monitor network (GBB & mobile) – demand investigation, facilities augmentation, quality, DP/DJ plotting, checking of facilities, nomination of wireless cell-sites
Recruit, train, monitor, motivate and support i-/TPAs
Manage the daily deployment and field monitoring of i-/TPAs
Monitor call slip reports of i-/TPAs
Encode applications in the SCP
Collect & remit payments received (1-month advance MSF), where applicable
Monitor & validate pay-outs requiring settlements, as appropriate
Update Area Sales Head on issues and concerns, action plans, sales reports (sales activities, calendars, program closure reports, etc.), and competitor activities
Resolve issues on application flow-through and Return To Sales (RTS)
Resolve subscriber issues, within their control, follows-through on those that require hand-offs
Conduct regular business reviews and assessments of budget against targets
Comply to standard operating procedures / policies
Qualifications
Knowledge of the territory assignment
Understanding of channel standards and policies
Thorough understanding of trade and consumer programs
