Initial Application - Candidate send their updated profile to express their intent of being part of our organization
Processing - Candidate will receive an official email of invitation and link to take our online assessment.
Interview - Upon passing the online assessment, our Recruitment Team will have the candidate be scheduled for an interview (phone interview / video call interview)
2nd Level Interview - If the candidate passed the 1st round of interview, they will be scheduled for a 2nd Level Interview with the Hiring Manager of the Department / Unit in which they are considered.
Job Offer - If the candidate passed the 2nd Level Interview, and the Hiring Manager confirms that candidate is suited for the role, expect a good news from our Recruitment Team that an official Job Offer is coming your way!
