  • The company has plenty of opportunities for fresh and veteran employees alike. The company has plenty of co-curricular, knowledge transfers, seminars, and technical discussions to enhance your field of profession. You will work with plenty of people, in and out of the country, and collaborate with individuals of different ethnicities. Thus, proper decorum is advised especially when working with people outside of the Philippines. The company is also an employee-centric company, prioritizing the health, safety, and mental wellbeing of its employees with utmost priority. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow and with the right amount of tenacity, these paths will open up for you here.
  • The best thing about the company that I'm working with is that no matter how small or big your contribution is people will recognize you for your good work which encourages me to continue to learn and improve my skills to produce an excellent work which helps not only my career and self-growth and as well as the company.

  • There can be projects which demand plenty of your time, effort, and attention, but not enough to warrant complaint. Such things are normal when working for a fast-paced, global, fortune 500 company. You are still given ample time to rest, breath, and grow.
  • The location of the office is inside the business center. So, the traffic is very heavy when going to the office. With that being said, when you're in the office, you can easily talk with your supervisor, co-workers, and managers and build rapport with them.

Additionally, the pantry is adequate, ensuring that we have the essentials like coffee and snacks as well as a pleasant space for breaks and meals. As for the dress code, Hitachi Solutions has a casual/professional/business casual dress policy. Employees have the flexibility to express their personal style within the bounds of professional attire.

Interview process is smooth and you also have a freedom to select the timeslot based on their available schedule. Assessments are pretty easy. On the initial interview, you will discuss about introduction and past experiences on your current employer. For the technical interview, the interviewer will ask you a series of questions related to your job role that you are applying. Lastly for the final interview, it's all about discussion if the candidate fits on the role as well as if the candidate can adjust on the company culture. Be confident and be yourself.
