There is a structured and defined road for getting promotions. Employees that have displayed the minimum requirements for promotion are promoted at the start of every fiscal year. The requirements are fair and justified. It is up to us employees to do our due diligence and earn the needed certifications for promotions. Opportunities are available and provided.

You need to be certified and do what they ask you to do cooperate and helping each other is important.

I haven't experienced this one since I'm considerably new to the company. But they do have a matrix for the evaluation of performance of employees.

To be promoted, we have to be in a project. We should finish our tasks and not have many issues. We have to keep on learning and improving in order to be promoted in higher ranks.

My rating reflects my personal experience with my career progression. As mentioned before, my main role is technical analyst (programmer), but I've been working on quality assurance testing lately, which I think impacts my career path and growth personally as a technical analyst, because instead of focusing more on improving my technical skills, I have to focus on my current work which is QA. But if just talking about promotion, there are alot of opportunities in general.
