Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment life cycle including but not limited to paper screening, initial interview, offer management and onboarding.
  • Assist in determining recruitment strategies for specific positions in consultation with the Recruitment Tower Lead, Hiring Managers and HRBP to assess the talent requirements and to ensure that hiring plans are within the agreed timelines.
  • Utilizing multiple recruiting channels and out of the box recruiting strategies in finding a high-quality candidates for niche Tech roles
  • Candidate management to ensure a meaningful and positive experience for applicants.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and global stakeholders to ensure the demands are met timely and accurately
  • Maintain and update records for Recruitment Dashboard.
  • Reporting of the status of recruitment activities and other KPIs
