Internship Program | Retail Banking Operations (Expertise Team) (Start ASAP)

• Gather and analyze information.
• Understand and define business needs.
• Ensure business requirements are captured, analyzed, accurately documented, and validated with SMEs.
• Provide recommendations and/or generate solution ideas to achieve the goal.
• Support the preparation of business case for automation opportunities.
• Assist with scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting, quality monitoring and generating of reports to show productivity and performance changes. 
• Support in analyzing work volume variances to forecast and provide direction to adjust work schedule and staffing accordingly.
• Monitoring KPIs to meet agreed service level targets.
  Use Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint processes to speed up complex tasks and drive efficiency.
• Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes.
