Quality Assurance Associate (Start ASAP)

Job description

• Understanding accessibility and security compliance on Application Development.
• Implementing user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and various environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting SQL changes and implementation.
• Conversion of data in various formats
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms via unit tests

Hard skill requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good planning and time-management skills.
• Have desirable communication skills using the English language.
• Fresh graduates with unique skills and qualities or have at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related fields is required.
• More than a year of experience in Quality Assurance in an IT environment.
• Knowledgeable in the software testing methods, level, types, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in reading product backlog items, user stories, creating test cases and filling bugs.
• Fundamental knowledge using Azure DevOps in accessing work items like PBI, creating test cases and filling bugs.
• Required Skill(s): fundamental to intermediate knowledge using the following:
  • PHP
  • C# or VB.net
  • Javascript
  • SQL
  • Selenium
