Accountant (Accounts Payable) (Start ASAP)

The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for the complete, timely, and accurate processing of Supplier Invoices, Government Agencies, Rentals & Utility billings.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation
• Sorting, Reviewing, Matching, and Processing invoices
• Sorting of Invoices via generic AP mailbox
• Invoice Processing and Validation (credit card, utilities, rental, others)
• Managing queries received in AP Mailbox
• Staying abreast of the latest in Information Technology.
• Assisting in the training of new users in Sage and other required tools
• Performing and assuming other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
• Completing special projects as assigned by AP Team Leader and assisting team members as required to provide accounting service to customers.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable Operations.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid work set-up).
