Guest Service Crew (Start ASAP)

Responsible for the management of customer experience in the dining area by providing support in the daily service operations. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and outlet profitability thru customer engagement, sales achievement, process improvement, and inventory management.

• Provides feedback to Outlet Manager/Supervisor regarding launches or product/service feedback.
