Recruitment Process

Recruitment Guidelines:

  • Include CV in the application
  • Qualified candidates will be notified either through e-mail or text message within 1-2 weeks
  • upon receipt of application
  • Psychometric/aptitude tests and initial interviews are done in person
  • Candidates who passed the written tests and initial interviews are notified again through e-mail or text message (usually after a week) for the schedule of final/panel interview which is likewise done in person

Selection Criteria:

  • Generally passed the written tests
  • Display confidence during the interviews
  • Show honesty and is thorough in his/her explanation or reply
