Billing Associate (Rolling Intake)

Overview of the role

1. Ensure issuance of correct billing invoices.
2. Input and capture all information needed for bill generation; maintain logs for all returned invoices.
3. Resolve issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process to billing of the client.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of any business/finance-related courses
• At least 1-year experience in related field
• Strong verbal and written skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service
• Essential to have good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
• Keen in monitoring and validation
• Basic accounting, math and software skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
