Golden Arches Development Corporation (“GADC”) is a domestic corporation engaged in the operations and franchising of quick service restaurant business under the McDonald’s brand in the Philippines. 

Your role & responsibilities

• Attends to payroll-related requests or concerns of employees and partner organizations; accommodates daily payroll inquiries on the government loan process, application, requirements, and status.
• Assists in the processing DOLE's requirements for employment bridging programs and coordinates with partner organizations for payroll-related transactions
• Handle inquiries and administrative works, maintain files and documentation of submitted requirements
• Submits timely reports and prepares billings for monthly monitoring tranches and reconciles stipend with the Accounting Department

About you

• Mcdonald's PH is on a Hybrid Work from Home (Hybrid WFH) set-up
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Payforce)
• Exquisite math and numerical skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving
