Golden Arches Development Corporation (“GADC”) is a domestic corporation engaged in the operations and franchising of quick service restaurant business under the McDonald’s brand in the Philippines. 

Your role & responsibilities

• Performs general and administrative duties in supporting and streamlining business activities for the assigned team
• Manages, tracks, and reports timely processing of billings from various contractors and suppliers
• Organizes room reservations and meeting logistics, and assists with departmental gatherings and events
• Maintains steady logistics of office and lounge supplies, and facilitates order requests to ensure availability of supplies as needed
• Facilitates safekeeping, receiving, and routing of relevant documents, and provides further clerical support as required
• Creates, maintains, and monitors the schedule and calendar of activities for the assigned team, and tracks leave requests

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Degree, Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
• Orientation in SAP, buying functions, and procurement processes is an advantage
• Mcdonald's PH is on a Hybrid Work from Home (Hybrid WFH) set-up
