Application Process & Interviews at McDonald's Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation)

I was interviewed for the initial interview and after i passed the said interview, i was transferred to the hiring manager for a final interview. When i passed that one, they already gave the job offer

It starts with applying through our chatbot, then if you're shortlisted - you are invited for the HR/Initial Interview. If you passed that, then comes the Technical Interview. Once passed the technical, then comes the Final Interview - but there's already a 70/30 guarantee that you're hired. Once passed all three assessments, you are instructed to complete the reference check, once done with that, then comes the on-boarding and orientation.

Candidates for head office positions go through initial interviews, next-level interviews, and sometimes up to 3rd-level interviews. Likewise, the hiring managers occasionally do panel interviews to expedite the hiring process. Once they pass the final interview stage, they will undergo a character reference check and the complete results of it will be shared with the hiring managers for further checking and review. We will create the job offer once the hiring managers provide their approval to move forward with the next steps.
