The 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where CMTs are provided classroom and immersive learning experiences. This is intended for CMTs to understand and experience how the Nestlé Purpose and Values are brought to life.
Equipped with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the entire value chain – CMTs are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their functional tracks. They immerse in their chosen track, taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results.
Over decades, many senior leaders in Nestlé Philippines have emerged through this program. The program continues to develop individuals for critical management positions to ensure organizational succession by having a bench of qualified Nestlé leaders.
