• Graduate of Civil Engineering
• Experience on equipment, research and development
• Can communicate effectively both oral and written
• Proficient in Computer applications (MS Office software)
• Willing to travel and be assigned on provincial projects as part of performance of duties
• Ability to work under time pressure
