Your role & responsibilities

Merchandising Associate ensures stores continue to have the optimum range and stock level; Identifying growth stores for brands and growth brands for stores. Ensures improved sell-through, inventory cover, and aging per store. Responsible for identifying trends on replenishment styles and identifying required new styles and old styles that need to exit.

Responsibilities:

Supports Merchandising Manager in maintaining effective and efficient merchandising operations ensuring distribution strategies tie in with overall merchandise strategies

Training & development

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or any related course
• New graduates are acceptable but preferably with one year of work experience
