From this point, you will take ownership of leads, work with a high degree of autonomy, and be willing to roll up the sleeves to get things done. You will also have confidence in prospecting for new leads and have an instinct for identifying opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be ruthlessly results-driven, adaptable, and thrive on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. We believe in building long term relationships and serving the best interests of the customer with integrity. This means you'll need to be great with people, and have the empathy and people skills to truly understand the customer and their needs.
Ideally, you'll be coming into this role with an outstanding track record in sales or account management, but we are also willing to back candidates who we believe have the raw talent required to quickly grow into the role.
