As a Salesforce Administrator, you are responsible in:
Ensuring overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform, including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems
Working directly with key users and end-users to resolve support issues within SFDC
Supporting the execution of the company's Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Engineering, Computer Science
2 or more years of working experience in Salesforce with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies. Lightning experience is a plus
2 or more years of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
Working experience in a Global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)
Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Data Architecture or similar)
Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Have been working in an international and multi-cultural environment
Proven knowledge of Salesforce Administration & Operations
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
Flexible to work in afternoon/night shift
