Step 3: Behavioral Interview - we gauge applicants' behavior through situational questions based on scenarios they might encounter once deployed.
Step 4: Voice Assessment - we gauge applicants' conversational skills through this language proficiency assessment.
Step 5: Online Exam - we gauge applicants' clinical aptitude through various exams depending on their profile.
Step 6: Operations Management (Final Interview) - we endorse applicants who passed all prior steps to the hiring manager for the final interview.
