Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Process took very long (several months with uncertainty if you made it to next stage or not)

The interview process and assessments were good, but HR took quite a while (4-5 months) to get back to me.

I was incredibly amazed by the process itself and I really enjoyed the case study, one of which was a huge reason as to why I chose to pursue my role here. However, I do wish the time taken from one step to another and even from the final results to meeting possible bosses wasn't too long

After applying via the portal, there was a game-based assessment, followed by a self-recorded interview. An HR representative reached out to notify me that I passed the assessment and informed me of the next step, the case study interview facilitated by a panel of 2 interviewers. Then, HR informed me I passed and gave me the job offer.

Entire process and assessment took quite a while, almost a year. They can prepare by just reflecting on everything they have learned within a school setting as well as in their extracurricular that could help them strengthen both their analytic skills and leadership skills
