Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
I admire the hours and effort put by each person in charge of training programs and beyond that I love how the company promotes a culture of mentors and how easy it is to approach someone to learn from them

I am taking formal training in the form of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) certification course. There are plenty of training modules available on Workday, some mandatory and some optional, covering a wide range of topics.

The company offers a LinkedIn Learning subscription to all employees, and also provides sufficient internal training and learning courses that can be taken to further drive development. There are also a lot of on-the-job training opportunities that promote learning from experience and building on the theoretical knowledge from formal trainings.

Onboarding was not structured and was staggered as new hires were coming in at different dates. Even when almost integrated with the team, onboarding was still being conducted as it was held off until more new hires arrived. On the job wise, other than team onboarding, there were no other learning opportunities available (i.e. coaching/mentorship, etc.), as how the grad program was described to offer. Training doesn't seem too different from a regular hire as onboarding was similar.
