Your role & responsibilities

Models define, transforms, integrate, and provide big data from varying sources and in usable form to analytical tools and users.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and modeling data entities from new and existing sources of structured and unstructured big data.
• Transforming source data into useable forms for loading to appropriate data processing pipelines.
• Designing and building bridges between big data with raw format and desirable format.
• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses, and data analytics systems.
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. 
• Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
• Provides a standard common business vocabulary, expresses strategic requirements, outlines high-level integrated designs to meet those requirements, and aligns with enterprise strategy and related business architecture.

Training & development

• Technical Training - This could include training on network infrastructure, software systems, and hardware maintenance.
• Customer Service Training - This training could cover communication skills, conflict resolution, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Product and Service Training - Training provided to employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about these offerings and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales and Marketing Training - Training on promoting new products or services, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs.
