Your role & responsibilities

• Strategic Thinking & Alignment - Understand the business's strategic objectives, plans, and challenges, and collaborate with business leaders to identify how IT can support and enable those objectives. 
• Relationship Management - Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units and departments. 
• Business Process Improvement - Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through the use of technology.
• Agile Enablement & Adoption - Acts as an IT counterpart of business Product Owners.
• Change Management - Facilitates the adoption of new systems and tools within the business. This involves understanding the impact of IT changes on the organization, helping manage the change process, and providing support and training to ensure successful implementation.

Training & development

Smart Communications invests in its employees’ training and development programs to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. 

• Technical Training - This could include training on network infrastructure, software systems, and hardware maintenance.
• Customer Service Training - This training could cover communication skills, conflict resolution, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Product and Service Training - Training provided to employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about these offerings and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales and Marketing Training - Training on promoting new products or services, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong understanding of technology sectors.
• Familiarity with the application side of technology is particularly valuable as it provides a basis for understanding the end-user's needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and IT teams.
