Your role & responsibilities

Track, monitor, analyze, and report the utilization of IT resources to ensure that the organization’s investments are being used effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support IT Pillars in the preparation of their Annual IT Budget Plan (CAPEX and OPEX) based on programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to IT Pillars to ensure that all budget requests are properly funded, have gone through required approval, and supporting documents are in place.
  • Liaise between IT Pillars, Finance, and Procurement Business Partners in processing purchases and budget spending.
  • Monitor and analyze IT Pillar spending by maintaining the overall view/report of forecast and commitments (from funding up to payment and asset recognition).
  • Ensure that all IT investments and spending are properly accounted for and have complied with defined standards and policies as defined by Governance and Regulatory bodies.

Training & development

  • Technical Training - This could include training on network infrastructure, software systems, and hardware maintenance.

  • Product and Service Training - Training provided to employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about these offerings and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing Training - Training on promoting new products or services, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs.
