Your role

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the Licensing and Income Tracking Coordinator to schedule various tasks and projects for the Licensing and Income Tracking departments.
  • Liaise with Licensing and Income Tracking department personnel to complete various tasks and projects.
  • Perform various tasks related to the review of Billboard Chart activity.
  • Assist with tasks to ensure proper song registration at various societies.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects to support Licensing and Income Tracking department objectives.

Training & development

During this internship, you'll refine versatile administrative skills through executive tasks, reception duties, and studio support. You'll also develop research abilities, identifying unsigned songwriters and breaking artists, and contribute to weekly reports for the A&R team. Gain hands-on experience across music industry operations, including database management, playlist creation, new release documentation, creative ideation, and collaboration with sync teams. This opportunity fosters a comprehensive understanding of music business dynamics and promotes professional growth.
