Your role

As a Management Trainee, you will take part in an elite and rigorous training program for 2 years, including the following:

  • Personal and career development training in communication, presentation, public speaking, consultative selling, negotiation, and customer service
  • Business and technical overview of software development, cloud, data, and artificial intelligence
  • Taking point in actual projects and initiatives such as events and business presentations
  • Assisting in actual revenue-generating activities such as lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals
  • Post assignments in different Stratpoint groups such as in Marketing, Sales, and Presales Consulting

Marketing
During Marketing training, you will implement strategies to understand the market, increase brand awareness, and attract potential customers.
The Management trainee will assist the Marketing team in:

  • Managing end-to-end marketing projects
  • Planning, developing, and implementing events to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers
  • Curating, improving, and optimizing content by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including branding and PR
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
  • Undertaking market research and analyses

Sales
During Sales Training, you will implement strategies to generate opportunities, close deals and grow accounts.
The Management Trainee will assist Sales Team in:

  • Conducting market research to proactively seek potential clients and identify key players
  • Generating leads by reaching out to and connecting with potential prospects through cold email, cold calls, social media, or other means to reach out
  • Building relationships by nurturing prospects and clients, further educating them on company solutions based on their needs
  • Articulating company solutions into a value proposition that answers the client’s needs
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and practices relevant to the organization

Presales
During Pre-sales training, you will gather and understand client requirements, and translate the requirements to a solution design aligned with the customer’s business needs.
Generally, the Management Trainee will assist Presales Team with the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying customers' technical and business requirements
  • Articulating the company’s technology and product portfolio for both business and technical users
  • Creating proposal documents and presentations for the client
  • Improving pre-sales processes and documents such as proposals, presentations

Partnership
During Partnerships training, you will assist and collaborate with our technology partners (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) towards a specific goal.

 The Management Trainee will assist the Head of Cloud/Data and Alliance Team in:

  • Strategic planning and execution, and building strong relationships with our Industry Partners
  • Work with the capability team on partner programs to upskill our offerings and people
  • Work with the pre-sales team to log, update and track our opportunities
  • Work on getting data, and presenting it for the Partner Business plans and quarter business reviews
  • Help host partner events that we do for customers and internal team members

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Graduated from college within the last 2 years
  • Hardworking and determined to excel in everything s/he does
  • Exhibited strong leadership skills in activities in or out of school
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Confident, positive, and proactive approach to work.
