7:00 AM.

I usually wake up at 7 AM to prepare for my productive day. It’s easier for me to plan my day ahead if I rise early. I never skip my breakfast which my mom prepares for me every day. She will never allow me to start working without putting food into my stomach. After I make sure that I already have enough energy to start my day, I take a shower.

9:00 AM.

I have been working from home ever since the pandemic started. One room in our house is designated for my office. The first thing I do is I check my email to see if there are things I should prioritize during the day. After doing so, I start to look for my prospective clients available online. I post finance tips, my awards, motivational quotes, etc. on social media to educate and to attract my next clients. Some of these activities include creating “my stories” on both of my FB and IG accounts. These activities guarantee great results for me if done regularly since the clients are the ones approaching me if my posts give value to them and they want to act on it. This is also a time for me to answer some inquiries and set appointments.

12:00 PM

I go downstairs to eat the lunch my mom cooked for me and for my sister who also happened to be a Financial Advisor in our company. Despite the busy schedule, we have to sit down at a dining table to eat as a family. This is one of my precious moments of the day. Thanks to my mom because I don’t need to wash the dishes. She does the household chores.

1:00 PM

I’ll go back upstairs to start working again. I use this time to do prospecting, client presentations and attend training to improve my skills even more. I really love my job and I am really putting my heart into it. Because of my passion and dedication, I am the top advisor in our unit. I am the youngest advisor in our team and I am grateful that my clients are continuing to trust me and they are increasing in numbers.

4:00 PM

I check my existing clients' policies to make sure that I am giving the best service to them. I give updates. I greet them on their birthdays and on their special occasions. I see to it that I have constant communication with them because they are precious to me. I remind them of their premium dues to make sure that their plans are paid.

5:00 PM

I give myself a rest. Sometimes I take a nap to rejuvenate my strength. Then next would be dinner time. My mom would always cook the best food for the entire family.

7:00 PM

Most of my prospective clients are active on social media during the night because of the busy day. I take this opportunity to chat with them to offer my service of free financial planning. The majority of my clients sign up for proposals and process applications during the night. I use this time of the day for both prospecting and for client presentations.

Every Thursday we also have Unit Meeting wherein we meet as a team for training, production updates, and sometimes for Game Night or Zoomustahan to make sure that we are all productive in our work, growing in our business, in line with the standards of the team and the company and at the same time emotionally and psychologically healthy.

10:00 PM

I will never forget that I am human. I find time to relax over Netflix. I watch Korean movies to unload myself from my busy yet productive day. Before I sign off my day, I see to it that everything for the next day is well-prepared. This kind of routine and job helped me realize that life is indeed brighter under the sun. Sleep time.
