Your role & responsibilities

  • Create change impact analysis and provide support after Implementation of a new business process.
  • Develop a more comprehensive report and provide recommendations that will provide the optimal solution to a given issue.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a Business or Statistics related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledgeable on WFM concepts – experience in Real Time Monitoring is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in CMS, and any other WFM-related tools used for monitoring and data capture.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel.
