- Process intercompany fixed assets transfer based on approved request
- Ensures complete documentation prior to processing transfer
- Coordinates with concerned parties on details as necessary
- Process intercompany billing related to transfer
- Prepare reports at month-end
- Monitor aging of submitted fixed asset requests and investigate delay on the approval
- Support other month-end closing activities
- Assist in special projects when necessary
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Background on intercompany and fixed assets process
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft programs required
- Knowledge of US GAAP principles required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Knowledge of applicable ERP (Oracle Cloud)
